I am passionate about innovation, sustainable development, and creating change. I love everything about ideas — hatching them, developing them, and executing them. I love the learning, discovery, and collaboration that innovation demands. And most of all, I love the people it attracts. Innovators are people who believe the world can and should be a better place. It’s a very inspiring environment to work in.

I would describe my job as a constant exploration of 'what-ifs' and 'why does it have to be this way,' using creativity to introduce new ideas and novel approaches, empowering teams to foster a culture of innovation, increasing people's ability to imagine different futures, and cultivating a willingness to take action towards realizing a preferred future. This supports UNDP's drive to be an incubator for the future and accelerates progress towards the 2030 Agenda.

An exciting and hopeful future is possible if we put our minds to it.
